Contemporary Art in Public Space
Liv Art Fest is an independent initiative dedicated to bringing contemporary art into public and private space. Our mission is to create meaningful, accessible and visually striking artworks that connect with the city and its communities. We're currently mapping potential mural sites, exploring opportunities with local institutions and engaging with artists whose work aligns with our creative direction. The first edition of the festival is in development, with a focus on murals, installations and creative interventions across Liverpool.
Curator & Creative Producer
Liv Art Fest is curated by Mario D. an independent creative producer working across street art, community engagement and urban culture. Mario was born in Italy and was an event organiser since he was a teenager, then a hotel start-upper and hotel manager. He decided to change everything and he moved to East London where he started collaborating with various project with art galleries, artists, local organisations and cultural projects across London and then Liverpool, focusing on accessible art experiences, street art tours, security, events, and constructions. Liv Art Fest is the next step in his ongoing work to bring contemporary creativity into public space.

These ideas here are random at the moment, because we can't put the real projects ( sorry about that) but may evolve as we continue to explore locations, partners and artistic collaborations.
